I can’t even believe I’m typing this but we are officially past my due date and still no baby!!! I really thought she was going to come early, but she’s decided to stay put as long as she can haha. As excited as we are to meet her, I’m a little anxious to be baby in the newborn stage again! The girls cannot wait to meet their little sister and I can’t wait to see them with her. Since they’re a little older, I feel like they’re going to be the biggest helpers and always wanting to hold her, help change her diaper, rock her, etc. It’s going to be so sweet… she just need her to make her arrival haha.
Okay enough baby talk… let’s dive into my Friday Favorites this week!
Scarf Necklaces
I have a thing for scarf necklaces right now - I think they’re so cute and trendy! I wore this one a ton on our Ocean Isle Beach trip, it’s so high-quality in person - and just $16. This one is another addition to my scarf necklace collection and I LOVE the pop of leopard - I can see myself wearing it all summer and even into the fall! Here is a round-up of all my favorite summer accessories right now.
Homemade Healthy Popsicles
My girls love these Freeze Pops but I know they are loaded with dyes and sugar - so we are going to make our own healthy versions! I bought these popsicle freezer tubes and am going to fill them with electrolyte drinks instead - this is my favorite brand right now because they’re made with real organic coconut water and no added sugar, artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors, and no synthetic preservatives. The flavors Peach and Blue Hawaiian flavors are so good, and I can just imagine that they will make delicious homemade freezer pops! The best part is that, since the pops will be so healthy, I can let me kids have as many as they want, guilt-free.
Comfy Lounge Sets for Postpartum
Even though I haven’t given birth yet, I’m officially done ordering clothing that will fit my bump. We will definitely be having a baby this week no matter what (my doctor won’t let me go more than a week past my due date!). Now that I’ve switched over to thinking about postpartum, I want comfy, easy breezy sets that I can wear around the house - and they have to be breastfeeding-friendly! So far I’ve ordered a few beautiful gowns for days I want to spend in bed (this one and this one!), as well as some cute lounge sets for summer (I’m probably most excited about this Amazon find) and lots of outfits like this. I think I mentioned this before, but I’m so excited to wear pants and shorts again! (I put together my full list of everything I bought to wear postpartum here.)
A New Target Haul
The girls and I did a Target run yesterday and ended up walking out with a ton of stuff I wasn’t planning on getting haha. They have so many good things right now! They just did a collab with Solid & Striped and I got this tank top and these shorts, which will be the perfect postpartum outfit. I also grabbed this mini straw tote because it was only $30 and had this super cute little fish charm on it! If you have a little girl, run and get this little workout dress! It comes in four colors and they’re all so cute. You can watch my full haul here!
A New Summer Recipe
Lastly, I got SOOOO many questions about the dinner I posted on IG stories the other week, so I wanted to include the recipe here for all my newsletter subscribers!
Here is the link to the Our Place Always Pan we use in the above recipe (and many, many more!) if you’re needing a new non-toxic pan!
Okay, that’s all for today! Hopefully the next newsletter I send out will be a baby announcement!!!
xoxo

I’m past my due date with my third child too 🙋♀️ comforting that I’m not the only one!
